Allan Domb

Allan Domb is the developer of The Estate Homes at Parc Rittenhouse.

Since 1980, Allan Domb and his highly regarded real estate team have been key contributors to Center City Philadelphia’s luxury condominium market, bringing to life a long list of luxury condominiums in both new and historic buildings such as Academy House, The Bank Building, The Barclay, Center City One, The Dorchester, Hopkinson House, Independence Place, The Lanesborough, The Lippincott, Parc Rittenhouse, Pier 3, Pier 5, The Philadelphian, Society Hill Towers, Wanamaker House, 220 Washington Square, and The Warwick Condominiums.

Allan has a deep passion for improving the community from both a lifestyle and business perspective. All of his projects reflect a respect for aesthetics and convenience, and for an enhanced quality of life that affords more time for enjoying all that The City of Brotherly Love has to offer. His contributions to the community personally and via his real estate projects demonstrate his commitment to improving Philadelphia’s reputation as one of the best cities in which to live, whether at work or at play.

He currently serves on the boards of the Center City District; Friends of Rittenhouse Square; and six condominium associations.
